MAD Event Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Prohibited Substances
The possession, use, sale, or distribution of any illegal or illicit substances is strictly prohibited at the event. Any person found in possession of or under the influence of illegal substances may be refused entry or removed from the venue without refund and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
2. Outside Food, Beverages & Alcohol
No outside food, beverages, alcoholic drinks, or other liquids may be brought into the event venue. All food and beverages consumed at the event must be purchased from authorized vendors within the venue.
3. Cashless Payment System
The event operates on a cashless payment system. Purchases within the event may only be made using the official cashless payment method provided by the event organizer.
Any unused balance remaining on a cashless payment card may be refunded only during the event's operating hours and before the event officially closes. No refunds of unused balances will be processed after the event has ended. By using the event's cashless payment system, attendees acknowledge and accept this refund policy.
4. Right of Refusal
The event organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who violates these Terms & Conditions, behaves in a disruptive, dangerous, or unlawful manner, or fails to comply with the instructions of event staff or security personnel. No refund will be issued in such circumstances.
5. Compliance with Venue Rules
All attendees must comply with venue regulations, applicable laws, and any reasonable instructions issued by event staff, security personnel, or emergency services throughout the event.
