How do I buy tickets? 



Step 1 - Select ticket category - Search for the event you like to attend then select the ticket categories you intend to buy. 

Step 2 - View order summary - Before you proceed to pay the order, you will see a summary of the selected ticket category (number, price, ticketing commission), select the preferred payment and delivery method.

Step 3 - Paying the order - After you place the order you will be redirected to the secure payment page where clear instructions will guide you to finish the payment. Depending on the payment method you chose, you will have a limited time to pay the order. If the order is not paid in that time span, the order will be voided automatically and the tickets will be redistributed for sale.

Step 4 - Order confirmation - If the order has been paid succesfully, the confirmation page will show up alongside details about the order and a link to the My Tickets section where the tickets are saved.

Step 5 - Receiving the confirmation email -  After step 4, you will receive an email with a custom message from the event organizer and the mobile tickets attached to the email.
