Payments with credit/debit cards issued under the Visa and MasterCard logo (Visa/Visa Electron and MasterCard/Maestro) are made through the "3-D Secure" system developed by the Visa/MasterCard card organizations and which ensures online transactions the same level of security as those made at an ATM or in a physical environment, at a merchant.
"3-D Secure" primarily ensures that no information related to your card is transferred or stored, at any time, on the servers of the virtual store.
Important to know! No commission is charged to the cardholder for bank card payments!
1 Click Payment is the fastest way to pay with your bank card when ordering tickets on thw website. You can activate the option before or after you place an order and the next time you order, you pay by a simple click, 100% safe, without inserting the card data.
When you enable 1 Click Payment, we associate your card with an encrypted numeric code (token) provided by MasterCard / VISA, through which transactions are carried out safely. We will withdraw money only when you make a payment. Your card data is never recorded or stored on LiveEvents servers. At any time you can add a new card or delete an existing card from your user account.
Delivery methods
After a successful order payment, the tickets will be delivered automatically on the customer’s email. The tickets are electronic and they contain an unique QR code and info about the event. We recommed to show your ticket at the entrance directly from your electronic devices’s display.
